Custom Linings Foundation Coating and Waterproofing Materials. include: self roller applied, contractor sprayed or equipment available to spray your own. Materials are very durable, applied in only a few hours and can be backfilled immediately. No other product is as durable, as waterproof or dries as quickly, to keep your crew utilized at their full potential with minimum downtime. We also have available Poly-Epoxy/quartz floor coatings in various colors: for decks, patios, entry ways, garage floors, driveways, stairs, utility rooms, etc. (see our Flooring section for details).

Custom Linings 711 (General purpose, commercial)

Custom Linings® 711 is a two component, 1:1, 100% solids, fast set, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces.

  • FEATURES: Seamless Coverage, High Build, Tough and Elastomeric, Zero VOC’s, Chemical Resistance (see Data Sheet), Quick Drying (3-6 seconds), Low Temperature Flexibility, Abrasion and Impact Resistant.
  • TYPICAL USES (but not limited to): Cargo liners, Cargo Holds, Utility Vehicles, Horse Trailers, Truck Bed Surfaces, Industrial Floorings and Equipment, Boat Linings, Walkways, Waterproof Decking, Containment Areas (Primary and Secondary) and Encapsulation of Fiberglass Bodies and Polystyrene Foams.
  • APPLICATION: Through p lural component, heated, high pressure 1:1 spray mixing Equipment.
  • COVERAGE: Custom Linings® 711 may be applied at any rate to achieve desired thickness. Theoretical coverage per gallon is 1600 sq. ft. at 1 mil.

CL-260 (4:1)

CL-260 is a two component, fast setting, rapid curing, solvent free ( Contains some high boiling colorless plasticizers. ) , flexible, high performance, and high solids urethane elastomer that can be applied to suitably prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. Due to its fast gel time, CL-260 is suitable for applications in temperatures as low as 20°F. It may be applied in a single or multiple applications. CL-260 is also relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing applications in various temperatures and humidities.

  • FEATURES: Non-Gassing, Recoatable, Coats Green (Vented) Concrete, Seamless, Can Be Applied at Any Thickness, Good Thermal Stability, Good Chemical Resistance, Meets USDA Criteria, Excellent Low Temperature Flexibility and Interior or Exterior Applications.
  • TYPICAL USES: Vehicular Traffic Areas, Sundecks & Balconies, Stalls, Wash Racks, Kennel Runs, Exterior & Interior Pedestrian Traffic Surfaces such as Walkways, Patios, Stairways and Interior Surfaces such as Floors & Mechanical Rooms.
  • COVERAGE: CL-260 may be applied at any rate to achieve desired thickness. Theoretical coverage for 1 mil thickness is one gallon per 1520 sq. ft.
  • APPLICATION: For best results use a squeegee or notched trowel to spread CL-260 evenly over the entire surface. CL-260 may be applied at any ambient temperature. Curing time will depend on temperature.
